2:15 – 3:00 pm Awards Ceremony Rehearsal for Finalists (Yardley Hall in the Carlsen Center)
3:00 – 4:00 pm Reception and Exhibition Opening (Atrium of the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art)
4:15 – 5:30 pm Awards Ceremony (Yardley Hall in the Carlsen Center)
5:30 – 6:00 pm Celebration Reception (Carlsen Center Lobby)
Gala Reservations and Donations
Complimentary Gala Reservations are provided for:
- Finalists and their family and friends
- Nominating Teachers, High School Principals and School District Superintendents/Heads of Schools, individuals or organizations sponsoring or contributing to the Shooting Stars Recognition, Scholarship and Awards Program receive reservations as a benefit of their giving.
The Gala begins with a Reception and Exhibit Opening for Shooting Stars Finalists in the categories of Photography, Three-Dimensional and Two-Dimensional Art at the Nerman Museum.
Experience the finalists’ journey through a photo montage (DVD) of the Performing Arts auditions, Visual Arts artwork and Literary Arts submission readings.
Immediately following the reception, help celebrate all of our Shooting Stars Finalists as each one is recognized and Scholarship Recipients announced at the Awards Ceremony in Yardley Hall.
